Secretts Farm
Secretts was first started in 1908 in Kew, London. They moved to their current site on Hurst farm in Milford, Surrey in 1937. Since then they have been going strong, being the first farm to make spinach available to supermarkets and the first in Britain to grow wild rocket. We use Secretts at Bumpkin for the majority of our fruit and vegetables because, they are local, their produce is always top class and they farm using traditional market garden methods.
Elwy Valley
Elwy valley is a family run business in the black mountains north Wales. They provide Bumpkin restaurants with the finest lamb, mutton, venison and Welsh black beef. We use Elwy valley because of their superb products and family owned ethos, the meat comes straight from the farm to the restaurant.
Buccleuch
The Buccleuch estate based in Castle Douglas, Scotland spans over four Scottish counties and one English. Along with the farming and animal rearing they also have business in rural education, tree nursery and woodlands and timber production. We use Buccleuch at Bumpkin because of the succulent flavour and their outdoor reared cattle.
Frank Godfrey
Frank Godfrey was established in 1905 in Islington. All of their meat is sourced directly from carefully selected farms. The shop still has a very traditional feel selling free range additive free meat. Members of the Godfrey family continuously visit the farms to ensure all aspects of animal husbandry meet their exacting standards.
Godfreys supply Bumpkin with their award winning sausages, chicken and pork. We use Godfreys at Bumpkin because of their proximity to the restaurants and because of their outstanding quality.
